This year's gingerbread challenge is over, and the winner is Lund Cathedral!

It was announced today that AF Bostäder is to be a sponsor of the 2022 Lund Carnival.

We are proud and happy to have won Lund Municipality's competition for a bicycle-friendly workplace 2021! 

After negotiations with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), we adjust the rents for 6 000 student housing units by approximately 1.9 % from next year.

The corridor competition "The most autumnal autumn lanterns" is closed. Congratulations to the winner Kämnärsvägen 71 H, who made a scary melon and a terrified pumpkin! Nice!

Most of us know that stubbing out cigarette butts on the ground or in nature is inappropriate, and yet they have a tendency to end up there. Now, AF Bostäder wants to inspire more people to deal with their cigarette butts in a good way, with benefits for wellbeing and the environment.

In the summer of 2020, we renovated the corridor accommodation at Tomegapsgatan 15 in retro style and this summer it was time for house 13. Now the students can enjoy the newly renovated corridor kitchens, corridors, stairwells, and entrances.

Residents at AF Bostäder can register for indoor football, floorball, and volleyball series free of charge, thanks to a collaboration between AF Bostäder and LUGI Motion.

At Kämnärsrätten, AF Bostäder is building a new, green, and long-term sustainable district for student housing. Bit by bit, Kämnärsrätten is transformed into Sweden's most cozy campus area, and now the third block of seven - Hippocampus - is ready with room for 253 students. Cake and bubble in all its glory, but the best possible inauguration is to see the students move in.

Respect your neighbors, do not arrange any big parties at AF Bostäder's housing areas.

At the request of the students, we have transformed an empty space in the basement into a lively game room with a ping pong table, pool table, and a dart board.

It will soon be April 30th. During the ongoing pandemic, the spontaneous party in Stadsparken has been cancelled by the City of Lund and the park will be completely closed to the public. We would like to remind you about the importance of following the applicable national guidelines and recommendations.

First prize goes to corridor Delphi 55 K, who in an impressive way have captured both classical and modern art on small eggs.

The number of applicants to Lund University is at a record high. To meet increased demand for housing, AF Bostäder is breaking new ground and opening Asteio – virtual student housing with an ideal location in the middle of Lundagård. Here, an unlimited number of Lund students from all over the world will live, study and socialise – all through their VR glasses.

In a project lasting several years, AF Bostäder is converting long-established student housing at Kämnärsrätten into a long-term sustainable city district. Two of the seven new quarters have already been completed, a third is nearing the moving-in stage and construction of Pireus is now underway – a Nordic Swan Ecolabelled area with space for 300 students from all over the world.

The new regulations contain few changes, but the structure has been simplified. You will find info about the most important changes below.

We have now drawn up a Code of Conduct for Partners that includes our sustainability ambitions. With the code of conduct, we want to ensure that we and our partners are in agreement on what is required for us to be able to develop and improve together.
