Sparta relining
The sewage pipes at Sparta are aging and need renovation to avoid water damage. During the autumn of 2024, we will carry out renovation work in the form of relining at Tunavägen 39 H and 47.
Scope
The project includes pipe renovation in 39 corridor rooms with associated kitchens and 4 apartments. The affected residences have the following addresses:
- Tunavägen 39 H 1213–1226, 1314–1329, and 1414–1426
- Tunavägen 47 A-D
The pipe renovation will be carried out using the relining method. Relining involves installing a new pipe inside the existing one without having to remove the old one. This reduces noise and long interruptions compared to traditional pipe replacement where the entire sewage pipe is replaced.
Timetable
The project will start in October and will continue until the end of December 2024. A more detailed schedule will be sent out to the affected tenants in August/September.
Disruptions
There will be noisy work activities of varying intensity throughout the project. Affected tenants will receive more detailed information by email.
