Sparta relining
A renovation of the wastewater pipes is currently underway at Sparta using a method called relining. The work is carried out in stages. Schedule and affected addresses are published here as the project progresses.
Time schedule
During 2026, we plan to carry out relining in the corridors at Tunavägen 39 F (left) and in the apartments at 45 A–D.
Work is scheduled to start in August and continue until late November. A more detailed schedule will be sent to affected tenants in advance.

The following pipe sections on Tunavägen have been renovated so far.

- 39 B 1213–1225, 1313–1326, 1414–1426
- 39 D 1213–1225, 1313–1326, 1414–1426
- 39 H 1213–1226, 1314–1329 och 1414–1426
Apartments
What is relining?
Relining means that a new pipe is installed inside the existing one without the need to remove the old pipe. This reduces both noise and long interruptions compared to a traditional pipe replacement, where the entire sewage system is replaced.
Disturbances
Noisy work will occur at varying intensities throughout the project. Affected tenants will receive ongoing information via email. We carry out all renovations with the greatest possible consideration for tenants' comfort and living environment.
