AF Bostäder is the students' own housing company. Students in Lund can apply for a housing here.

AF Bostäder is a foundation that develops, builds and manages housing for around 8,000 students at Lund University in Sweden. We provide well-managed and sustainable student homes close to campus.
AF Bostäder is one of several organisations behind Lund on the Run. Through three routes that connect Lund’s campus areas, you can discover some of the city’s most exciting environments for study, research and innovation.
On 4 May 2026, we will start letting the student apartments in the first phase of Troja. The apartments are located at Kämnärsvägen 57–69 in northern Lund and are part of 312 new student apartments with space for around 500 students.
