Contact your caretaker first
You are not allowed to carry out installations involving electricity or plumbing (VVS) in your apartment without approval. This applies, for example, if you want to install a dishwasher or a washing machine.
Contact your caretaker to find out what is possible in your apartment.
Installation must be carried out by us
If your request is approved, the installation must be carried out by AF Bostäder’s contractors. The cost is paid by you as the tenant.
Remove installations when you move out
Dishwashers and washing machines must not be left connected. You need to remove the installation when you move out.
You are responsible for any damage
If something goes wrong, for example a water leak, you are responsible. This also applies to any resulting damage caused by an incorrect installation.
