When you live with AF Bostäder, you get more than just a place to sleep and study. You become part of Lund's student community, with access to activities, special offers, shared facilities, and services that make student life easier, more enjoyable, and more sustainable.
Some benefits are available all year round, while others are offered throughout the semester. Keep an eye on your email, our website, and our social media channels so you don't miss out.
Activities, experiences, and community
We regularly organise activities that promote physical activity, community, culture, and wellbeing. These range from exercise sessions and competitions to creative and cultural experiences.
Marathon marathon
Lace up your running shoes, dress up in costume, or come along to cheer! Marathon marathon is a fun run of approximately five kilometres, starting and finishing at our Marathon housing area.
The event is organised by AF Bostäder in collaboration with LUGI Motion and is free for Studentlund and LUGI Motion members. Participants receive an event T-shirt, have the chance to win prizes, and can compete for the best costume.

Activities vary from semester to semester and are announced when registration opens.
Culture and other experiences
Student life should be about more than studying and exercising. That's why we also arrange
cultural activities and experiences designed to inspire, bring people together, and support wellbeing. Previous events have included pottery painting sessions and complimentary tickets to local events.

Flea market and reuse & share
Several of our housing areas have Green Rooms and exchange shelves where you can leave clean, usable items you no longer need and perhaps find something useful yourself.
We also regularly organize flea markets where you can sell things you no longer need or find a bargain from another student.
It's good for both your wallet and the environment.
Help when something isn't working
Your caretaker is here to help with repairs, property maintenance, and questions about your housing area. You can report maintenance issues through My Pages and find emergency contact information for urgent problems.
Your caretaker is also an important point of contact for residents and works to create a pleasant living environment.
