Broadband

Broadband from Bredband 2 (up to 1 Gbit) is included in the rent. The internet works from the day you move in, you only need an ethernet cable

Fault reporting

You can make a fault report on the website, from the day your subletting period begins. The same day you can find contact information to your caretaker on Your pages. 

Laundry

You can book a laundry time via Your pages or on the booking board near the laundry room. Online booking via Your pages is available from the day your subletting period begins. However, you can always book a laundry time with your key tag on the booking board.

Cleaning

Here you will find some cleaning tips for student housing and student corridor.

Waste

Please sort your waste in the waste station or bulky waste station (Green room/Gröna rummet) on your student housing area. Sweden has strict waste sorting rules. You can find a clear guide on the website explaining how to sort your waste correctly

Don’t block emergency exits

Entrances, stairwells, corridors and basement hallways are emergency escape routes in case of an emergency. It is therefore not permitted to place prams, bicycles or other items in these areas.

Home insurance

Home insurance is strongly recommended in Sweden and protects you against theft, damage and liability. Make sure you agree with the first-hand tenant on how the insurance applies during your sublet.

Rent

Agree with the first-hand tenant on how the rent should be paid. Only the first-hand tenant can view rent information and rent invoices online.
