Student apartments at Troja – letting starts 4 May
On 4 May 2026, we will start letting the student apartments in the first phase of Troja. The apartments are located at Kämnärsvägen 57–69 in northern Lund and are part of 312 new student apartments with space for around 500 students.
Troja is a new student housing area at Kämnärsrätten. Here, you live close to both campus and city life, with green courtyards, social spaces and easy access to local services.
Apartment types
Troja offers a total of 312 student apartments:
- One-room apartments: 202
- Two-room apartments: 70
- Three-room apartments: 6
- Four-room apartments: 34
Letting schedule
The apartments are let via AF Bostäder’s website and released in two phases:
Phase 1 – Kämnärsvägen 57, 59 and 69 (129 apartments)
Published: from 4 May 2026
Move-in date: 15 September 2026
Phase 2 – Kämnärsvägen 61, 63, 65 and 67 (183 apartments)
Published: October 2026. Exact dates will be announced closer to the time.
Move-in date: early 2027
The apartments are allocated based on queue time, just like our other housing.
Rent and what’s included
The rent levels are in line with other new developments on Kämnärsvägen and are based on our rent model. All apartments have a 12-month lease.
The rent includes internet (1 Gb), household electricity, cold water, heating, laundry detergent, storage and a personal bicycle space. Hot water is not included and is charged separately.
