So wild, so beautiful!
Troja is one of our largest housing areas, inaugurated in 2026. The area was created with a wilder, more beautiful student life in mind. Troja is located on Kämnärsvägen in northern Lund, in a social and vibrant neighbourhood along Campuskilen. Campuskilen is a park-like shared-space area with an outdoor gym, a boules court, and places for barbecuing and relaxing.
Comfort and sustainability are in focus. The outdoor environment is designed to benefit animals and insects and to support natural stormwater flow. You are surrounded by shady trees and abundant greenery. Hard surfaces have been minimised and replaced with meadows, gravel paths and wooden boardwalks. The area includes barbecue areas with wooden decking and cycle parking with sedum roofs. The colour palette features calm, natural earth tones.
Troja consists of seven buildings ranging from 3 to 7 storeys, together framing two green courtyards. In total, there are 312 apartments providing homes for around 500 students. You can choose between one room apartments, for those who prefer to live on their own, and shared apartments for 2-4 friends living together. Many apartments have a private balcony, and the larger apartments include a dishwasher. There is also a bicycle repair room on site.
At Troja, you live close to the Faculty of Engineering (LTH) and the School of Economics and Management (Ekonomihögskolan). Student nations, university departments and central Lund are easily reached by bicycle. Nearby you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, parcel collection point, gym, green areas and exercise trails.
Laundry facilities are available at Kämnärsvägen 59 and 67. You also have access to the games room at Kämnärsvägen 49 F, the hobby room at Kämnärsvägen 37, and the study rooms at Pireus, Kämnärsvägen 7 and 9.
The rent includes electricity, cold water, laundry detergent, storage space, a private covered cycle stand and 1 Gb internet. There is no TV socket. Hot water is not included in the rent and is charged afterwards according to individual metering and billing (IMD).
At AF Bostäder, you live in a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in apartments, shared areas, stairwells and laundry rooms.
