AF Bostäder offers a wide range of housing types and rent levels. Rents are set using our rent model, developed in collaboration with our tenants. Size and location are two of several factors that affect the rent. Below is an overview of how rents are set in each area, for each type of accommodation. The figures refer to rent levels for 2026.
