The Nöjd Studbo customer satisfaction survey
All our tenants are to have the best student housing in Sweden. That’s why we need your help! Once a year, all tenants receive a customer satisfaction survey, and we would be grateful if you could spare the time to give us your viewpoints and tips. All those who take part are in with a chance of winning a rent-free month, and we announce a winner every month.
Nöjd Studbo is a customer satisfaction survey conducted by the Origo Group in which students in Sweden get the opportunity to say what they think about their housing and their landlord. The surveys are sent out continuously via email for ten months per year, excluding June and July, and all tenants of AF Bostäder will receive a survey once per year. To make it more convenient for you, we also send reminders via SMS with a shortened link (tiny-url).
Take part in the survey, propose improvements and you will help us to become a better landlord. If you answer the tie-break question correctly, you will also be in with a chance of winning a rent-free month. Every year, 10 students win a rent-free month.
The results are analysed by housing area and unit in order to find more aspects to improve. We read through all the comments and appreciate all the tips and suggestions we receive. Thanks to the customer survey and your suggestions, we can continue our work to ensure that our tenants feel they are living in the best student housing in Sweden.
