AF Bostäder aims to be Sweden's best student housing company and contribute to sustainable housing and urban development. We strive to act as sustainably as possible in all areas of our operations, and to achieve this, we need to collaborate with the world around us. That’s why we inspire our tenants, employees, and partners to make sustainable choices – while also drawing inspiration from great role models.
Here, you can read about what we are doing to promote positive development, reduce our environmental impact, and the initiatives we are currently working on—as well as areas where we aim to improve. AF Bostäder's sustainability report is prepared in accordance with the global GRI Standards framework.
